As usual, this reasonable message is going to fall on deaf ears in Washington. The Empire has no interest in partnering with Russia, or anyone. It has only servants, or victims. Russia refuses to be either. It's big enough that it can pull that off.

Ma samo Rusi treba da slušaju ovu bratiju i biće im super. Nisam mogao pročitati više od trećine, već sam danas čit'o CNN in Rojters pa mozak neće da primi toliko pameti odjednom. Probaću sutra ponovo, kad odmorim malo.

Relatively interesting read. Coming from Americans it isn't too harsh towards Russia. However, writing about "good Americans" who just wanted to help Russia become ordinary western democracy during Yeltsin times, but was misinterpreted by Russians as ransacking of their country is a bit over the top. Though, in the end there is a reasonable message for American authorities.
