As usual, this reasonable message is going to fall on deaf ears in Washington. The Empire has no interest in partnering with Russia, or anyone. It has only servants, or victims. Russia refuses to be either. It's big enough that it can pull that off.

Ма само Руси треба да слушају ову братију и биће им супер. Нисам могао прочитати више од трећине, већ сам данас чит'о ЦНН ин Ројтерс па мозак неће да прими толико памети одједном. Пробаћу сутра поново, кад одморим мало.

Relatively interesting read. Coming from Americans it isn't too harsh towards Russia. However, writing about "good Americans" who just wanted to help Russia become ordinary western democracy during Yeltsin times, but was misinterpreted by Russians as ransacking of their country is a bit over the top. Though, in the end there is a reasonable message for American authorities.
