Oh my God! "Serbian judiciary ought to be allowed to build its own mechanisms of self-control"! Yugoslavian i.e. Serbian judiciary has been allowed, and not only allowed but possessed own mechanisms of self control for ages! Why don't they use these present mechanisms which are still valid? Why do they wait for the new law?

Because their self induced mechanisms of protection of judges' ignorance, lack of ethics (not to mention faith!), lack of decency, civilized behaviour, protection of continuing pressing the victims by various methods, etc are stronger...

It is the lack of "everything" that created the need for 'general reappointment' law ...It is the judges themselves who chose ajoint way instead of individual responsibility... They are to be blamed, those who hide their bad deeds, and those who hide their collegues who worked improperly...!

And as for the broom?!...Oh my God again! Once upon a recent time, after one of many hearings at Belgrade courts, I wrote to many recepients that I would not let the majority of employees, primarily judges, work not even to 'clean'the space...Because every employee needs to be honest...
