China & USA are in kind of deadly hog. Both need
each other, but USA needs more China than oposite.
Some influental persons & institutions, still are
counting on Chinees threat to north (never under-
standing that China never commited agression), as
important factor to press Russia. Russia is USA's
subject of all kind of attentions and deals. Russia
"threats" to reduce USA influence & control of
Europe, thus, it is "must" to keep all kinds of
relations (including "ideological"-propagandistic
war)with her.
India is in other league (by USA strategists).
India is not such "ally" as Pakistan.
India's nonselfish aid to Afganistani people is
not on the same line with USA.
India's mileniums accumulated cultural values,
are only boring difficulties to understand (which
they, any how, are not interested).
India have stong socialist (and communists) forces
(as USA analysts see), which are not welcommed.
India is growing without enough USA "help".
India's potential of independence, economic (and
intelectual) development, geographical position,
could lead further growth (and joining surrounding
countries, sharing a lot common-easier to make
something real big and strong).
India did not have what China and Russia have -
USA needs, badly.
They will come, once India became key to the near
east and west. Of coarse, it is a question if
somebody will value those visits (eventual and future).
India, on the other side, knows quite well its
internal problems, tasks, ...
